Yes, I do provide receipts for hsa/fsa reimbursement. I am also able to swipe your fsa/hsa debit card at our office to take care of payment after your services.What should I expect at my first appointment?
Your first visit begins with a conversation about what’s bothering you, your health history, and what you’d like to accomplish. We’ll discuss the treatment approach before getting started, and you’ll have an opportunity to ask questions.What form of payment do you take/how do I pay?I take credit card, debit card, fsa/hsa debit, you can pay online when you book and cash. Does acupuncture hurt? Acupuncture needles are extremely thin, and you may feel a small pinch, pressure, heaviness, warmth, or tingling. Some people notice improvement after one visit, while chronic or more complex concerns often benefit from a series of treatments. We’ll discuss recommendations based on your individual response rather than putting everyone on the same treatment schedule.How do I know what type of appointment to book?You don’t have to know exactly what technique you need. Choose the service that best matches what you’re looking for—Massage, Acupuncture, or Neuromuscular/Orthopedic Care—and we’ll talk about your concerns and customize your treatment from there.

Yes. One of the benefits of this practice is having access to multiple approaches. When appropriate, your care may include different techniques or modalities based on your needs. If a separate service or appointment would be more appropriate, we’ll discuss that with you first. Please book a longer session 90/120 minutes if you would like massage and acupuncture together.

What if I have multiple things going on?That’s okay—you don’t have to choose just one thing to address. We’ll talk through everything that’s going on, what is affecting you the most, and how your concerns may be connected. From there, we’ll prioritize your treatment and create a plan that makes sense for you. Please book a longer session 90/120 minutes if you would like multiple concerns addressed.
