We offer Customized Massages
Starting at $115 — A fully customized Massage. You, the client, chooses what we work on, for how long and what pressure. Hot Stone is under the Massages Starting at $130 — The use of our river stones in addition to a customized massage to put you in a warm and relaxing state. Thai, also under the Massages Starting at $150 — A 2 hour, passive stretching, attention to tension areas, relaxing combination. You may add on a Thai Herbal Poultice for an additional cost. The Thai massage can also be reduced in time and can also be done on the massage table.
We offer Acupuncture
Starting at $170 - 90 minutes -Initial appointment, during this appointment we take a full medical and symptom history, we listen to your chief complaints, we take a picture of your tongue (you may decline) and we take your pulse, we provide red light therapy and/or electroacpuncture, moxa during the session after inserting the needles and this will be an appointment that could include face up and face down treatments for a total of 60 minutes on the table. We talk about a plan to move forward to get you to your best wellness. Follow up 60 minute starting at $140 this provides a front and back treatment with red light therapy and/or electroacupuncture, moxa. Follow up 30 minute starting at $70 allows for a either face up or face down treatment with red light therapy and/or electroacupuncture, moxa.
We offer Facial Microneedling
Starting at $1199 (a value of $1527) for a series of 3 Microneedling sessions- 45-60 minutes-your results matter to us and as we have been taught, it takes a minimum of 3 sessions to see results from microneedling, knowing this we can not offer singular sessions, so we have made it into a series deal for you. During this session we prepare your skin, clean and prep with hyaluronic and perform with a microneedling pen a series of passes along the neck, chin, face, cheeks, forehead and nanoneedling on the lips and under the eyes. We clean and rehydrate the skin and apply an undereye serum then we will put you under an LED light for 15-20 minutes using a specific color designed to work with your current skin environment (valued at $30). We send you home with a care bag of products after each session (3), that we trust and will give you the instructions to use (valued at $58). With this offer we have included 3 additional LED light sessions 15-20 minutes that may be used during the month in between appointments (valued at $90). After each microneedling session you will need a month to prep your skin for the next session. Only available on every other Saturdays.

$50 + cost of herbs -30 minutes-during this session we discuss your symptoms, take a look at your tongue, we will come up with a formula, let you know the herb costs and have them delivered either to you or Dumfries Massage Spa.
We offer Neuromuscular Evaluation Therapy
Starting at $170 for 90 minutes -Initial appointment, during this appointment we do a thorough intake of symptoms and health history, we evaluate the chief complaint or complaints (up to 3). We will use Active Release Technique, Neuro Kinetic Therapy, Amino Neuro Frequency, Neuromuscular Restoration and if I think the situation could use a referral out, we will do so. Follow up rechecks starting at $ 140- 60 minutes-this to recheck the chief complaints and dive deeper into the issue.
We offer Holistic Wellness Consult
Starting at $ 140- 60 minute + follow up care plan, at this appointment, in-person or virtual we will go over testing (sent in advance of appointment), imagining (sent in advance of appointment), intake form (sent in advance of appointment) and any previous diagnoses. We review of your current supplements, medications, nutrition, and lifestyle along with putting together a collaborative course of action that I will send after our session. We track your progress over the next 3-6 months with updates to changes as needed. starting at $115 for each follow up appointment.
